How AARI works

From access to opportunity. One connected system.

A student needs more than a class to enter the AI workforce. They need equipment, mentors, practical projects, and a path to employers. AARI brings those pieces together.

AARI connects six domains into one workforce system Education, industry, capital, talent, infrastructure, and government connect through AARI to support practical learning and career pathways. Education Government Industry Infrastructure Capital Talent AARI Connected system
Six domains. One coordinated pathway from learning to work.

Each connection has a job.

Education
Schools connect learners to training; college mentors guide younger students.
Industry
Employers bring technical requirements, expertise, and career pathways.
Infrastructure
Real equipment and labs make AI Data Factory, cloud, and robotics skills practical.
Capital
Grants, donations, and company support fund equipment and program delivery.
Government
Public partners help connect community needs, outreach, and workforce priorities.
Talent
Students build, document their work, and return as mentors for the next group.

The workforce pipeline puts the system to work.

College scholars build projects and curriculum, then help high school students learn on real systems. Industry expertise and funded infrastructure connect that learning to the skills employers need.

We measure progress through demonstrated skills, completed projects, and documented career outcomes. The student work below shows what this approach produces.

Students built it. Here’s the evidence.

Eight scholars completed the Summer 2026 cohort. Weekly ledgers document at least 483 participant-hours across 150+ participant-days.

Students built data-center orchestration code, an education platform, and Linux and networking curriculum while working across cloud, security, and robotics.

How we teach

We start at the bottom of the stack.

AI depends on real systems. Our students start with power, cooling, and hardware, then build toward the models, applications, and robots those systems make possible.

  1. Applications and agents

    Robotics apps, enterprise AI

  2. AI models

    Language and vision models

  3. Runtimes

    PyTorch, CUDA, vLLM

  4. Compute

    GPUs, CPUs, memory, storage, networking

  5. Students start here

    Physical infrastructure

    Power, cooling, racks, fiber

Most AI training starts at the top.

We start where the limits are: power, heat, and hardware.

Working on real equipment teaches students how each layer supports the next, how to troubleshoot when it fails, and what it takes to keep AI running.
